Operations Program Manager

The Operations Program Manager plans and executes strategic initiatives for the Global Operations organization, managing large-scale programs from business case proposal to completion, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and meet project schedules.

Requirements

• Develop, manage, monitor, and complete small to large scale programs, usually with multiple sub-projects
• Develop and monitor budgets
• Manage cross-functional teams in the execution of program plans to schedule
• Coordinate necessary program support and task completions with corporate departments
• Identify variances from plan and recommend corrective actions
• Regularly report project status; develop metrics and goals to monitor performance and effectiveness
