Job Description
The Project Manager - Engineering (m/f/d) is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of products to finished goods, improving delivery requirements, and minimizing inventory investment. The role involves leading NPD projects, managing schedules and risks, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar degree
- Experience as a Project Manager with a proven track-record of project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with PCBA design and/or manufacturing (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum processes (preferred)
- PMI or PMP (preferred)
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English (C1) and good German language skills (B2)
