Project Coordinator, ImageSFX

The Project Coordinator works as part of the fast-paced and detail-oriented team at ImageSFX to deliver innovative designs and solutions for clients. The person will assist Project Managers in all aspects of the project lifecycle and support projects from major sporting events to concert tours and permanent installations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage workload, prioritize tasks, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
