Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer supports the development, introduction, and ongoing production of AIS products by designing, optimizing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes. This role serves as the bridge between product design and production operations, ensuring products are manufacturable, reliable, and cost-effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting both product development and production operations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in CAD tools and familiarity with eCAD
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic and measurement equipment
- Knowledge of Lean principles, DFM/DFA, and continuous improvement practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
