The Strategy & Operations Lead will act as the primary bridge between the CEO’s vision and global execution, ensuring leadership team alignment and strategy delivery across every region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Post-graduate business qualification (e.g., MBA) is an advantage but not essential
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, or a Chief of Staff role within a global technology or engineering-led organisation
- Proven experience managing global reporting frameworks and tracking performance against Balanced Scorecards
- Background in supporting executive-level leadership and facilitating high-stakes strategic meetings
- Expertise in interpreting and applying complex strategic data to operational reality
- High proficiency in OKR methodologies and performance management systems
- Strong ability to translate technical engineering concepts into business-focused executive summaries
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives across different time zones
