Facility Maintenance Technician

The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the safe and well-maintained environment of Advanced Pain Care and Advanced Surgical Center facilities. This role involves ensuring the effective operation of mechanical and electrical systems, performing maintenance, and maintaining inventory. The position requires a proactive individual who can prioritize tasks, adhere to safety regulations, and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

• Ensure electrical and mechanical aspects of facilities perform effectively and efficiently.
• Complete and document scheduled maintenance and work orders.
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams to plan necessary material and labor.
• Maintain accurate logs of all locations
• Maintain quality and organization of work areas
