Job Description
The Engineering Services Manager is responsible for managing 110+ people in the Engineering Services Division, providing engineering services to the Navy under two Seaport-Next Generation contracts. The role involves personnel, financial, and Navy contracts management, as well as business development and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10+ years related experience
- Job experience with the NSWC, NAVSEA, OPNAV, or ONR
- Personnel, Project or Program management experience is a plus
