Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

ATS is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to evaluate non-emergency work requests, develop scope of work, and inspect job locations. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a technical field and 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician.

Requirements

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests
• Develop scope of work
• Inspect job location
• Estimate labor hours, skillsets, parts, materials, equipment, and special tools required
• Maintain organized and prioritized work order backlog
• Conduct weekly planning and scheduling meetings
• Create Weekly Technician Schedule
• Maintain records and files
• Train site employees on CMMS
• Review and update Job Plans for accuracy and effectiveness
