ATS is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to evaluate non-emergency work requests, develop scope of work, and inspect job locations. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a technical field and 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician.
Requirements
- Evaluate non-emergency work requests
- Develop scope of work
- Inspect job location
- Estimate labor hours, skillsets, parts, materials, equipment, and special tools required
- Maintain organized and prioritized work order backlog
- Conduct weekly planning and scheduling meetings
- Create Weekly Technician Schedule
- Maintain records and files
- Train site employees on CMMS
- Review and update Job Plans for accuracy and effectiveness
