Member Service Center Representative Lending

Member Service Center Representative Lending is a full-time role that involves supporting members through the loan and account process by interviewing applicants, processing loan requests, and providing accurate financial information.

Requirements

• Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two–year College or technical school
• one year of lending experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets and data
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Self‐motivated with a proactive approach to workload and responsibilities
