Requirements
- Cross-sell loan, deposit, and electronic banking products to meet member needs.
- Achieve monthly goals for ancillary loan product penetration and sales performance.
- Interview applicants, collect required information, and ensure loan documents meet policy standards.
- Guide members by recommending products and services that best fit their financial goals.
- Process loan approvals, secure collateral liens, and close loans accurately.
- Open new accountsâincluding checking, savings, certificates, IRAs, and money marketsâand verify eligibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending procedures, credit union guidelines, and loan product features.
- Perform teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance.
- Resolve member inquiries by providing account information, researching issues, and delivering timely solutions.
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits, night drop processing, supply monitoring, and opening/closing duties.
