Requirements
- Experience as a Service Delivery Manager, delivery responsible, IT manager, or similar
- Experience working with SLAs and KPIs and linking delivery to business goals
- Analytical skills to translate insights into concrete improvements
- Communicative and confident in dialogue with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of ITSM and established practices, ITIL is meritorious
