Requirements
- Assess workflows across all departments and build a prioritized AI opportunity backlog
- Implement AI solutions — evaluate build vs. buy, configure tools, work with our dev team on custom solutions
- Drive adoption through training, playbooks, and hands-on support
- Track and report ROI — time saved, cost reduction, quality improvements
- Build the foundation for a broader AI-enabled operating model
