Job Description
AMS Fulfillment is a B Corporation that gives back to employees and their communities, seeking a Shipping Coordinator for daily shipping of B2B orders and providing support to the Shipping Lead.
Requirements
- Scan and take photos of each order/pallet and verify that the correct shipping label is attached
- Make final review of each order’s quality assurance form to check that all items are present
- Verify that shipping details match the bill of lading and the B2B order log
- Place orders in appropriate staging locations by following established shipping guidelines
- Daily confirmation of all orders being picked up by each carrier before end of shift
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Follow current AMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work together with all team members to promote a community of cooperation and respect
