EE 硬體研發工程師 - Edge AI Computing (Embedded 林口園區)

The EE Hardware R&D Engineer - Edge AI Computing role is part of RICOH's core development unit, responsible for providing embedded systems and edge computing platforms. The role will have a comprehensive vision across various platforms and play a key role in product planning, technical design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• RFQ/RFI feasibility and specification evaluation
• Execute design, verification, prototype, and mass production
• Plan PCB Stack-up, design schematics, and analyze high-speed signals
• Establish and maintain BOM, execute EOL/NRND risk confirmation, and handle PCB EQ
• Evaluate alternative material and support schematic diagram and PCB revision
• Support production line assembly, testing, baking, etc. process problem analysis and handling
• Analyze customer problems (compatibility, SI/PI, power consumption, EMI, etc.)
