Job description
Join the team working on next generation ATE solutions and semiconductor devices, supporting customers in getting their digital test requirements turned into reality. Work on cutting-edge technology in a cross-functional, international environment.
Develop ATE test programs, support customers on debugging and resolving issues, write scripts/tools, and train customers on new SW and HW solutions.
Ideal position for a software or electrical engineer with a strong test engineering background, requiring both in-depth knowledge of the V93000 system and strong SW and AI skills.
