Job description
Join the team working on next generation ATE solutions and semiconductor devices, supporting customers in getting their digital test requirements turned into reality. Work on cutting-edge technology in a cross-functional, international environment.
Develop ATE test programs, support customers on debugging and resolving SmarTest SW issues, write scripts and tools to assist customers, train customers on new SW and HW solutions, and collect and collaborate on customer requirements.
Ideal for a software or electrical engineer with a strong test engineering background, requiring both in-depth knowledge of the V93000 system and strong SW skills. Self-starter who can work independently on complex requirements, approachable and easy to work with, and a good communicator with deep technical knowledge.
