Requirements
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents
- Assist with legal research on a variety of topics
- Help with compliance tasks, including monitoring legal developments
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and contribute to discussions
- Support the legal team in managing corporate filings, records, and internal documentation
- Assist with the creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures
- Assist in the drafting of legal correspondence and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support legal initiatives
