Job Description
We are seeking a Wound Care Nurse RN to conduct health assessment interviews, perform physical assessments, and develop plans of care for patients with wound, ostomy, and continence-related care. The ideal candidate will have two years of Med/Surg experience and wound and colostomy experience.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program
- New York State RN License
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
- AHA BLS
- Current certification in one of the following: CWOCN, CWON, CWCN, CWS, or WCC
