Accounts Receivable Specialist - Medical

Advekit is a fast growing startup that is reinventing the way we find and pay for therapy. We are looking for a Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist to post payments to patient accounts, reconcile accounts, and alert teams and management to issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience with health care billing required (1-2 Years)
• Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience required (1-2 Years)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong oral / written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while dealing with frequent interruptions
• Possess a strong sense of urgency, organized and energetic team player who can work in both a team environment and independently
• Punctual, dependable, and responsible; able to pick up and learn tasks quickly; self-starter
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to practice good judgment
• Ethical conduct
