Salesforce Architect

Advent is a systems, solutions, product and services company seeking a Salesforce Architect for a contract position in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce configurations and architecture, as well as experience with business process mapping and client interaction.

Requirements

• BTech/BE (Computer Science/Information Technology) /MCA/MBA
• Hands-on experience on business process mapping
• Understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape
• Business requirement gathering, client interaction, analyzing the business requirement, mapping them to Salesforce product testing and features
• App Exchange Product Knowledge
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
• CTI, Service Cloud features Knowledge Management, Live Agent, Entitlements experience
• Strong ability to demonstrate business benefits and value to the customer of a technical solution
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
• Requirement scoping, functional analysis, technology solution design, effort & cost estimation, proposal presentation, client presentations and cross functional collaboration
• Analyzing and identifying gaps in functional/business requirements
• Ability to run requirement workshops with the customer and build consensus during a conversation
• Liaison with other Project Managers of the customer and Marlabs offshore delivery team
