Certified Medical Assistant (Outpatient), Per Diem, Day Shift

Adventist Health Sonora has a job opening for a Certified Medical Assistant (Outpatient) on a per diem basis for day shifts. The candidate will perform non-invasive, routine, technical support services under the supervision of a licensed physician. The position is based in Sonora, CA, and requires a Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institution, among other qualifications.

Requirements

• High School Education/GED or equivalent
• Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institution
• Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification from approved vendor per AH policy
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or California Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Medical Assistant - NCCT (NCCT) or Certified Medical Assistant- NHA (CMA-NHA) or Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Medical Assistant (MA) or American Medical Tech Board MA (MA-AMT)
