Job Description
Directs 24-hour management of assigned nursing units and departments to ensure delivery of quality nursing care. Provides leadership and oversight to achieve strategic and operational objectives within the nursing department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Seven years' technical experience
- Five years' leadership experience
