Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and drive engagement, talent development, and workforce planning. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and five to seven years of progressive HR experience.
Requirements

- Five to Seven years of progressive HR experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Verifiable experience in successful and impactful coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges
