Mammography Technologist (Outpatient), Full time, Day Shift

Performs specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Performs all required procedures in the department while operating specialized equipment. Acts as a competent clinician who provides clinical care in a skilled and effective manner, utilizing appropriate technical and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
• Experience as a Mammography Technologist
• Radiologic Tech (RT) and Mammography Technologist license in CA
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Radiography (ARRT-R) certification
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Mammography (ARRT-M) certification in OR, preferred in CA and HI
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
• Fluoroscopy license in CA
• Venipuncture certification in CA
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification
• Mammographic Radiologic Technology (MRT) certification
