Job Description
Manages Patient Access staff and services, supervising and directing various personnel. Works with management to define goals and objectives, and reviews project progress. Provides day-to-day technical leadership, creates and maintains department schedule, and ensures shifts are covered. Collaborates with management to select methods and techniques, and educates staff on protocols and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Master's Degree
- Five years' relevant experience
- One year's leadership experience
- Experience with computer terminals
