Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- State Occupational Therapy (OT) license or State Physical Therapy (PT) license or State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
