Medical Assistant (Outpatient), Full time, Day Shift

Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a Medical Assistant to perform non-invasive, routine, technical support services under the supervision of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up exam rooms, checking in patients, obtaining vital signs, performing venipunctures, and performing other job-related duties.

Requirements

• High School Education/GED or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent combination of licensure and experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification
