Job Description
The Clinical Educator Surgery is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care. This role requires discretion and independent judgment to design and lead initiatives that promote the professional growth and competency of nurses and other clinicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
