Job Summary: Develops and executes strategic plans for specialty care services and identifies and implements growth opportunities for specialty care services, enhancing Adventist Health's service offerings and market relevance. Collaborates with the appropriate leadership to ensure specialty care goals align with broader strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business or related field: Required
- Ten years' related experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on specialty care or service line management: Preferred
- Master's Degree: Preferred
