Job Description
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Two years' speech language pathology experience
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
