Staffing Coordinator (PD Onsite)

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing of nursing units, filling vacant shifts with internal and external staff, and performing clerical duties. Located in Roseville, CA, this role is part of the Adventist Health corporate headquarters.

Requirements

• High School Education/GED or equivalent
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
• Maintains daily staffing sheets, updates staff qualifications list, and processes leave requests
• Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed
• Maintains attendance records, on-call and float lists
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
