Telephone Operator, Part Time, Variable Shift, St Helena

Located in one of the most beautiful regions in the United States, St. Helena Hospital is a 151-bed hospital with a rich history of innovative medical care. The hospital is seeking a Telephone Operator to operate the telephone switchboard console, overhead paging system, two-way radio, alpha/numeric paging unit, and wall alarm panels. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette.

Requirements

• High School Education/GED or equivalent
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
• Customer service call center experience
