Breast Imaging Operations Manager for Adventist HealthCare Outpatient Imaging in Rockville, MD, overseeing human resource functions, scheduling, and operations management, with a focus on providing effective and cost-efficient care.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited university in a business, healthcare or related field of study required. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills with minimum of five years supervisory experience in healthcare
- Minimum of five or more years of experience in Imaging; Mammography modality preferred.
- ARRT R.T. (R) or RN credentials required; ARRT (Mammo) strongly preferred.
- Experience working with MagView and Hologic strongly preferred.
- Skilled in QC and Procedures
- Experience overseeing regulatory compliance and accreditation standards within breast imaging services, including knowledge of American College of Radiology (ACR) and Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) requirements preferred
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
