Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Day Shift, Home Health - Rockville

Adventist HealthCare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Home Health team in Rockville, MD. The successful candidate will provide patient care, complete documentation requirements, and collaborate with RN case managers and other team members.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in Maryland
• Minimum of three years' experience in Med/Surg nursing in a supervisory setting within the past five years
• Valid Driver's License with agency insurance requirements
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
