Nurse Practitioner (NP), Day Shift, Cardiac Surgery

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiac department at White Oak Medical Center. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or Doctorate degree in Nursing and be licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Cardiovascular Experience preferred
• Licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland
• National Board Certification
• ACLS Certification preferred
• Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner preferred
• Eligible for Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance license
• DEA license is not required but preferred
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
