Job Description
Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Patient Access Registrar I who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Registrar I, you will register and pre-register patients, process patient payments, and provide administrative support for the Patient Access Dept.
Requirements
- 1 year experience within a healthcare environment
- 1 year experience in patient registration and/or eligibility and benefits
- Knowledge/training in government payer rules and regulations
- Knowledge/training regarding TPLs, WC, and other payment sources and liabilities
