Visiting Physical Therapist (PT), Day Shift, Home Health - Silver Spring

AHC - Home Health Silver Spring is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in our Silver Spring Territory. Qualified candidates will be eligible for up to a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Perform an initial examination and evaluation to establish an impairment/diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care
• Provide, or direct and supervise, the therapy intervention
• Plan for discharge of the patient/client
• Communicate, coordinate and document all aspects of patient/client management
• Manage schedule to accommodate range in census and patient load
