Visiting Physical Therapist (PT), Day Shift, Home Health - Silver Spring

AHC - Home Health Silver Spring is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in our Silver Spring Territory! Qualified candidates will be eligible for up to a $12,000 sign-on bonus. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will perform initial examinations and evaluations, provide therapy interventions, plan for discharge, and communicate with the care team. We're seeking a PT who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from accredited physical therapy program.
• 1-year site specific preferred
• Active Maryland License
• Valid driver’s license with agency insurance requirements
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
