Visiting Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Day Shift, Home Health - Silver Spring

AHC - Home Health Silver Spring seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve Silver Spring territories. The role involves administering physical therapy interventions and treatments, coordinating care with other skilled providers, and completing documentation requirements. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, 2-3 years of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, and Maryland Physical Therapy Assistance Licensure.

Requirements

• Associate degree from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• 2-3 years' experience as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
• 1 year home care experience preferred
• Maryland Physical Therapy Assistance Licensure
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
