We're looking for a curious, data-savvy Technical Customer Success Consultant to join our Vienna office. In this role, you'll work with both new and existing client accounts, becoming a true expert on the Adverity platform.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS, MarTech, or data analytics environments
- Experience onboarding and guiding clients on software platforms
- Solid grasp of marketing data and analytics
- Confidence in customer-facing work
- Fluency in German and English
