Job Description
Advertima is building the missing infrastructure that brings the power of digital advertising to the physical world. The company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology organization and report directly to the CEO. The CTO will be responsible for building, scaling, and operating the technical foundation of the company across various domains, including Vision AI, Audience AI, Software Engineering, and Platform Engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior technology leadership experience
- Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or similar senior role
- Experience scaling deep-tech, AI, edge, IoT, infrastructure, or enterprise software platforms
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations
- Experience moving complex technology from innovation into reliable global production
