We're looking for a Bilingual Virtual Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service to members through virtual channels, including video, phone, and digital platforms. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting members with account maintenance, digital banking, and other non-lending services.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related role
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual communication platforms
