Job Description
We are looking for a visionary hospice leader to grow with us and shape the future of our Hospice Division. As the RN Hospice Director, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division and drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
- Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
- Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
