The Patient Service Specialist will provide exemplary customer service while executing front office administrative duties, and create a welcoming and professional environment. The role involves managing patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and cash receipting, as well as utilizing front-end technology and maintaining confidential patient information. The team member will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and demonstrating proficiency of emergency codes and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer experience
• Customer relations experience
• Medical Records Software experience (preferred)
• Front desk practice experience (preferred)
