Director of Operations - Hospital

The Director of Operations will oversee operational activities, develop and execute strategy to achieve organizational goals, and maintain a strong partnership with physician, hospital and ambulatory operations leadership.

Requirements

• Provides leadership, direction and administration over assigned operations
• Develops and executes strategy to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Ensures effective utilization of resources
• Implements clinical operations consistent with programs that optimize best patient care practices
• Establishes effective goals and objectives
• Responsible for executing system specialties or market growth planning and business strategies
• Works closely with market leaders and service line leaders
• Responsible for resolution of any provider and patient concerns
• Ensures compliance with government regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies
• Performs human resources responsibilities for staff
