Flex Resource Registered Nurse Inpatient - MSC - Days

The Flex Resource Registered Nurse Inpatient position at Advocate Health involves floating to various facilities to provide nursing care. The nurse will engage in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes. They will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care. The nurse will also monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and collaborate with the care team to influence care outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing. Two years of service line specific RN experience required.
