Flex Resource Registered Nurse Inpatient - Womens - Days

The Flex Resource Registered Nurse Inpatient - Womens - Days position requires floating to various facilities in Wisconsin. The nurse will engage in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, collaborating with the care team, and promoting a culture of safety. The nurse will also be responsible for maintaining accurate EHR documentation and adhering to the ANA Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
• Two years of service line specific RN experience preferred.
