Job Description
Forensic Registered Nurse Navigator role at Atrium Health Cabarrus, responsible for providing continuity of care, developing relationships with patients and multidisciplinary teams, and navigating patients through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Requires experience as a SANE and completion of SANE training. Variable schedule, 20 hours/week plus on call hours.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in nursing
- Forensic/SANE experience preferred
