ICU RN, 0.9 FTE, Night shift, Every 3rd weekend, 12 hr shifts, 6p-6a

Registered Nurse (RN) position available at Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh. 0.9 FTE, night shift, every 3rd weekend, 12 hr shifts. Requirements include 1 year of experience in clinical nursing and completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Requirements

• Use the nursing process to assess the needs of the patient, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care.
• Implements strategies to reduce patient risk and increase patient safety.
• Actively coordinates the discharge plan utilizing an interdisciplinary approach.
• Maintains annual educational requirements for hospital based certifications.
