LPN - Atrium Health Ballantyne FM FT: Provides care or arranges for the provision of appropriate care for patients in a family medicine office setting. Conducts telephone triage, documents patient care, and assists with medication administration. Must have current LPN license and 0-1 years of experience.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current license to practice in applicable state (dependent on the practice's physical location) required
• Graduate of an Accredited School of practical nursing required
• Previous medical office experience preferred
• BLS required per policy guidelines
